Symbols

proc:gensym[args="string",result="symbol"]

Gensym returns a new uninterned symbol, the name of which contains the
given _string._

proc:oblist[args="",result="list"]

Oblist returns the list of interned symbols.

proc:oblist-set![args="list",result="unspecified"]
proctempl:oblist-set![args="list table-size",result="unspecified"]

`oblist-set!` sets the list of interned symbols to those in the given
_list_ by clearing the symbol hash table and storing the symbols in
_list_ in the hash table. If the optional _table-size_ is given, it is
taken to be the desired size of the new symbol table.
